Delivery Policy
At All Thingz Aesthetic, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all custom orders. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
• Processing time for custom orders is 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
• Rush orders may attract an additional fee depending on availability.
• Islandwide delivery is available via Knutsford Express and Zipmail. Shipping fees are calculated separately and must be paid by the customer.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
• Once orders have been shipped, All Thingz Aesthetic is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the courier service.
• Customers will receive updates once their order is ready for shipment or dispatch.
Pickup is available in Duncan’s at meat plus daily.
• Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
• Please ensure pickup is completed within the agreed timeframe.
Return & Exchange Policy
• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all custom orders before production begins.
• Full payment must be completed before shipping or pickup.
• Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
• Refunds or replacements will only be considered if an error was made by All Thingz Aesthetic.
• Please ensure all photos, logos, and custom images sent are high quality for the best printing results.
